摘要: Cerebral ischemia is the commonest cause of death throughout world. Present investigation deals with effect stychedrine on cerebral induced injury by inhibiting activity Histone Deacetylase (HDAC) in neonatal rats. was produced ligation carotid artery After stachydrine (5 and 10 mg/kg) given IP injection rats for period five days. Infract volume, Apoptosis, HDAC activity, expression acetylated H3 H4 proteins, markers oxidative stress [Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) Glutathione Peroxidase (GSHPx)] cytokines were estimated tissues ischemic The result suggested that treatment significantly (p<0.01) reduced infract apoptosis ratio, level brain compared to negative control group. Moreover it improves tissue study concludes ameliorates activity.
