摘要: Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) have been utilized in cellular delivery systems to carry therapeutic agents into tumors by migration. Drug-loaded nanodroplets release drugs and form bubbles after acoustic droplet vaporization (ADV) triggered ultrasound stimulation, providing a system for ultrasound-induced of theranostic agents. In order improve the efficiency drug release, fusogenic were designed go from nano micron size upon uptake ADSCs reducing ADV threshold. The purpose our study was demonstrate utility camptothecin-loaded (CPT-FNDs) as an system. CPT-FNDs showed increase 81.6 ± 3.5 1043.5 ± 28.3 nm improved CPT 22.0 ± 1.8% 37.6 ± 2.1%, demonstrating fusion ability CPT-FNDs. CPT-FNDs-loaded demonstrated cell viability 77 ± 4%, vitro migration 3.2 ± 1.2-fold tumor condition compared growth condition. Ultrasound enhancement imaging intratumoral ADV-generated bubble formation (increasing 3.24 ± 0.47 dB) B16F0 tumors. Histological images revealed distribution tissue damage due ADV. can be used provide contrast deliver combination therapy physical
