摘要: Advances in molecular medicines have led to identification of promising targets on cellular and levels. These are located extracellular intracellular compartments. The latter include cytosol, nucleus, mitochondrion, Golgi apparatus endoplasmic reticulum. This report gives an overview the barriers delivering nanomedicines various target sites within a solid tumor, experimental approaches overcome such barriers, potential utility nanotechnology.
