摘要: The diminution in certain aspects of cognitive function that is reported to occur some patients during or after adjuvant cancer chemotherapy variously known as 'chemo-fog', 'chemo-brain' other such term. In addition deficits attention, concentration and functions, most, if not all, the studies report involving visual-spatial visual memory. Since system part nervous system, it seems reasonable ask susceptible deleterious effects produced by chemotherapeutic drugs. We propose here possibility portion vision-related 'chemo-fog' spectrum results from a direct action drugs on drug/drug site/site interaction between critical brain regions.
