摘要: This study determined the viability of a new technique for visualizing micron (or smaller) sized areas amines tethered to glass substrate. The experiment utilized methodology that requires use amine functionalization, plasma cleaning, and an elastomeric mold pattern on surface. Electro-less copper metallization was used verify patterned region indeed present surface glass. results suggest can be detect groups glass; however, more experimentation is needed attain maximum selectivity in devised visualization technique.
