摘要: It is clear from his published works that Charles Darwin considered domestication to be very useful in exploring and explaining mechanisms of evolutionary change. Not only did occupy the introductory chapter On Origin Species, but he revisited topic a two-volume treatise less than decade later. In addition drawing much information about heredity studies domesticated animals plants, saw important parallels between process artificial selection by humans natural environment. There was resistance this analogy even among Darwin’s contemporary supporters when it proposed, there also has been disagreement historians philosophers regarding role with actually played discovery selection. Regardless these issues, remains both research education evolution. particular, present article reviews ten lessons evolution can drawn modern understanding process, basic overview provided current approaches knowledge rapidly advancing field.
