摘要: Sex difference was observed in the aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase (AHH) activity of liver C3H/He strain mice. Treatment with estradiol showed an increase AHH gonadectomized female mice, but not males. Testosterone, however, lowered both male and female. Following treatment either or testosterone neonatal stages, increased males, females. A sex also NADPH-cytochrome c reductase, which higher female, levels cytochrome P-450 benzo[a]pyrene (BP)-induced spectral changes.
