摘要: The effects of the surface charge type and density C496, C492 A130LMW polyacrylamides (PAMs) on rheological behavior real industrial papermaking suspensions were quantitatively related to degree flocculation for same suspensions. floc sizes larger but less dense when anionic PAM was used, this due repulsive forces between colloidal particles, leading development open structure flocs density. On other hand, measurements showed that suspension is thixotropic with a measurable yield stress. results magnitude critical stress, τ c , complex viscosity, η*, elastic modulus, G′, viscous G″, depend number interactions chains particle strength those interactions. Cationic higher values G″ compared PAM. This in good agreement Bingham B adsorption effective results. Similar oscillatory measurements, creep also deformation much lower cationic based than Furthermore, revealed increasing decreases size increases rate, elasticity proposing differences structures, which are not clearly stress measurements.
