摘要: Various techniques and approaches have been designed to synthesize precipitated calcium carbonate. We used a continuous sprayed-mist technique that induced spontaneous precipitation reaction of the droplets with higher surface area when in contact gas. The effects optimum reactant concentration, gas flow rate, feeding rate including conditions were investigated. effectiveness was scrutinized by analyzing resultant PCC characteristics, especially particle phase morphology size distribution using XRD, FTIR, SEM. variation initial concentration milk lime different studied. Experimental results, as well XRD indicated all products produced favorable for formation calcite. SEM revealed morphologies rhombohedral tended adhere each other (twinning). It found production spray-mist method is suitable lower Ca(OH)2 only.
