摘要: :  While many have recognized since the 1970s strong relationship between culture and urban renewal, particularly as cities began to use cultural amenities change their images lure potential investors, little has been written about how why assets may be valued investments in own right. There is at least one notable exception, work of David Harvey, this approach takes its starting point importance monopoly aspects culture, for rents, competition fixed capital.
