摘要: Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) (pseudotumor) is a rare solid that most commonly affects the lung. Its unknown etiology and cellular variability have resulted in inconsistent naming of this lesion. Treatment modalities varied, but complete surgical resection seems to be appropriate. We describe 28-year-old woman with near-obstructing IMT left main stem bronchus (LMB) treated bronchial sleeve resection.
