Preparation and electrical properties of metal sulfide-amidoximated pan films

摘要: Abstract To improve the electrical conductivity of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) film, metallic sulfides and PAN composite film were prepared by dry process wet process, respectively. And to introduce amidoxime group coordinated with ion, these films treated NH 2 OH solution. Cu +2 Cd ions absorbed Amidoximated films, sulfur ion was metal-absorbed so Cus- CdS-PAN prepared. Adsorption capacity for independent morphology but according adsorption porous improved about four times as much that dense film. The CuS-dense both 10 −1 S/cm in optimum condition, because difference capacity, conductivities CdS-dense CdS-porous −9 −4 S/cm, And, CdS known photoconductive material, properties composites investigated.
