Cholangiographic appearance simulating sclerosing cholangitis in metastatic adenocarcinoma of the liver

摘要: Three patients with liver metastases and clinical biochemical signs of cholestasis are reported in this study. In the three patients, cholangiography showed shifted stretched intrahepatic bile ducts multifocal strictures simulating primary sclerosing cholangitis. two histological examination periductal fibrosis or inflammation. Hepatic should be included among conditions considered to simulate cholangitis during cholangiography.
