Superconducting organic polymer films

摘要: A concept of producing superconducting composites by means reticulate doping polymers with low molecular weight organic superconductors is presented. The obtained polycarbonate films contain around 2 wt.% BEDT-TTF polyiodides in a form continuous crystalline network. D.c. and microwave conductivity measurements demonstrate, that the as-obtained show semiconducting-type properties. After annealing at optimized conditions dramatic change occurs become metallic entire temperature range due to conversion various phases into β1-phase. transition below 5 K1 as evidenced magnetoresistance measurements, indicating content β1-phase microcrystals conducting network exceeds percolation threshold.
