摘要: MicroRNA-183(miR-183) is abnormally expressed in many kinds of tumors. It participates the initiation and development There are pathways regulate expression miR-183. The action mechanism miR-183 cancer very extensive, contradictory conclusions often drawn. was upregulated 18 cancer, downregulated 6 cancer. In addition, there seven types both reports can be found. Evidence showed that not only directly play role oncogene or antioncogene, but also other antioncogene different types. this review, we discuss regulator summarized cancers. We counted target genes functional roles they play. Furthermore, focused on cell migration, invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) microangiogenesis, which most important processes. sheds light likely reasons why plays various its downstream effectors have potential to promising prognostic markers therapeutic targets
