Electron beam irradiated silver nanowires for a highly transparent heater

摘要: Transparent heaters have attracted increasing attention for their usefulness in vehicle windows, outdoor displays, and periscopes. We present high performance transparent based on Ag nanowires with electron beam irradiation. obtained an Ag-nanowire thin film 48 ohm/sq of sheet resistance 88.8% (substrate included) transmittance at 550 nm after irradiation 120 sec. demonstrate that the creates nano-soldering junctions nanowires, which produces lower improved adhesion nanowires. fabricated a heater irradiation, temperature 51 °C within 1 min applied voltage 7 V. The presented technique will be useful wide range applications heaters.
