摘要: Objectives/hypothesis To determine the dimensions of compensatory hypertrophic inferior turbinate and investigate radiological changes in morphology conchal bone patients with septal deviation. Study design A retrospective chart review. Methods The mucosal compartments were measured using computed tomography (CT) deviation, bones classified radiologically as lamellar, compact, combined types. results compared those controls. Results bony components significantly greater than controls anterior middle segments, while morphological not different. Conclusion significant enlargement segments supports reduction at time septoplasty CT findings should be considered when making a decision about type.
