摘要: Plasma samples of ovarian and breast cancer patients were used to search for markers using 2-dimensional gel electrophoresis matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time flight mass spectrometry. Truncated forms cytosolic serine hydroxymethyl transferase (cSHMT), T-box transcription factor 3 (Tbx3) utrophin aberrantly expressed in from as compared noncancerous cases. Aberrant expression proteins was validated by immunoblotting plasma with specific antibodies cSHMT, Tbx3 utrophin. A cohort 79 39 31 individuals conditions studied. We observed increased truncated obtained at early stages disease. Our data suggest that can be components multiparameter monitoring (supplementary material this article found on the International Journal Cancer website http://www.interscience.wiley.com/jpages/0020-7136/suppmat/index.html).
