摘要: Living organisms especially a wide range of microbes and plants produce secondary metabolites, which prove beneficial in improving the efficiency metabolic processes. These metabolites with unique properties are categorized as bioactive molecules (BAMs). The utility these BAMs has found its way to almost all biological processes, such that there been dramatic surge their demand. characteristics can be assigned chemical structures associated groups. Conventional methods for searching novel proving counterproductive. Modern molecular techniques association bioinformatic tools have provided much necessary boost morale scientific community. most effective genomic tool (1) sequencing whole genomes (2) culture-independent (metagenomic) analysis. approaches allow generation huge amount information, easily analyzed through tools.
