摘要: The kinetics of the synthesis several esters different chain length and physical properties was studied. A commercial Candida antarctica lipase used as catalyst for oleyl oleate, isopropyl palmitate, myristyl myristate, cetyl 2-methylbutyrate. general kinetic model derived tested experimentally above esters. took a shape each particular esterification reaction, depending on significance terms. corresponding parameters were calculated by non-linear regression. models found to describe experimental values adequately.
