摘要: Complete utilisation of by-products from agricultural and food industrial production is an important task both economical environmental aspects. There are numerous possibilities for manufacture bioproducts by biotechnological processes, among them biofuels attracted the greatest attention (Watanabe et al., 2000). Industrial can be, however, processed several methods, example their as a additive, which requires intensive research development work (Filipini & Hogg, 1997, Demirbas, Fusel oil by-product distilleries, its average composition 10% ethanol, 13% npropanol, 15% i-butanol, 51% i-amyl-alcohol, 11% miscellaneous alcohols water. Nowadays fusel usually burned to cover energy demand distilleries. Researches have been carried out utilise it additive improve octane number in gasoline or natural flavours lubricants (Ozgulsun Karaosmanoglu, 1999). Esterification with oleic acid using sulphuric catalyst was studied Turkish researchers bio-lubricant—according ASTM (American Society Testing Materials) standard—was manufactured purposes. Pure, environmental-safe gained more recently, since they do not contain toxic compounds biological degradable. The demands against bio-lubricant that should provide maximal protection during usage, pollute environment accumulate Unfortunately used deposited environment, endangering our planet. To solve problem be plant derivatives. application fatty esters, compounds. Oleic (cis-9-octadecenoic acid) one most acids nature, obtained oils (Belafi-Bako 1994), esters produced enzyme catalysis applied lubricant (Linko 1998). Modern enzymology has achieved improvements lipase catalyst. New immobilisation techniques make possible use enzymes processes similar way classical heterogeneous reactions.
