摘要: Vascular tissues of needles and twigs Norway spruce with low foliar magnesium concentrations were examined by light microscopy. Observations made on samples from (1) apparently healthy trees, (2) trees exhibiting progressive symptoms decline, including the yellowing fall death branches in subapical canopy, (3) recovering decline after fertilization sulfate. Abnormalities cambium phloem anatomy, which apparent 2-year-old declining seen only at least 4 years old suggesting that are susceptible to precocious aging. xylem anatomy observed 3 or more age but never trees. Over time, anatomical abnormalities progressively younger twigs, may explain acropetal development symptoms. After sulfate, normal newly formed tissues.
