Photoluminescence in the UV–VIS region of polyvalent ions in glasses

摘要: Abstract Photoluminescence in the ultraviolet and visible region is a very sensitive analytical method also an important optical property of glasses which depends strongly on active centers, surrounding host glass composition their interactions. Fluoride, phosphate, silicate doped with luminescent ions different electronic configurations were investigated. Ions s 2 configuration, Sn 2+ , Pb Sb 3+ absorb yield broad emission bands blue spectral area. Mn (3d 5 ) provide red fluoride phosphates due to octahedral coordination, green silicates by tetrahedral long lifetime. Rare earth 4f n configuration show lot sharp excitation bands. Red given Sm (4f Eu 6 all Yellow 7 was detected fluorides. Efficient obtained Ho 10 Er 11 especially hosts.
