摘要: In the past few decades globalization and deregulation of international economy has been noticeably accelerated. Consequently, new globalized business environment with numerous opportunities as well growing risks made. The opened door to intensive implementation acquisitions a market entry strategy. Foreign direct investments (FDI) in most transition countries, including Serbia, predominantly come form acquisitions. There is wide theoretical analysis effects FDIs on target country economy. overall conclusion that green field projects, comparison acquisitions, exert more favorable all aspects host country's This paper examines Serbia work practices, wages productivity using financial statements results survey carried out among foreign investors. It was found decline employment; growth increase real are also shows investors invested training development acquired employees.
