摘要: Ferroelectric domain inversion in KTiOPO4 crystals has been studied for two different states of these crystals: superionic (at room temperature), and dielectric low temperature, when the ion transport is frozen). The structure ferroelectric inverted at temperature demonstrates a dramatic broadening due to bulk nucleation. observed effect ascribed highly mobile potassium ions that contribute minimization depolarizing field surface energy walls new nuclei.
