摘要: Abstract Au/TiO 2 and Pt/TiO nanocomposite films were deposited on quartz glass substrates by the co-sputtering method. As-deposited andAu/TiO consist of amorphous nanoparticles Pt, Pt-Ti-O or PtO in TiO 2−x crystallized Au , respectively. The chemical states Pt as-deposited Pt/ strongly dependent upon content nanocomposites. heated andPt/TiO composed metal matrix rutile-type Both inhibit formation anatase-type during heat treatment.
