摘要: Functioning quality systems are the expected norm of practice in blood centers and transfusion services United States (U.S.) year 2000 [1]. Beginning mid-1980’s when Joint Commission on Accreditation Healthcare Organizations [JCAHO] refocused its vision to patient care, not just processes providing [2], initiatives have been introduced all aspects healthcare. Both governmental private organizations endorsed language incorporated assessment activities outcomes into their accrediting decisions. Along way, importance having qualified personnel who knowledgeable committed principles has recognized.
