摘要: Attention has been devoted over the past two decades to identification of temperamental risk factors for child psychopathology. These qualities, evident in toddlerhood or earlier, have advantage being measurable standardized laboratory observations well before children reach age onset diagnosis psychiatric disorders. Our group's programmatic research 15 years, and that others, provided evidence linking "behavioral inhibition unfamiliar" early childhood with later social anxiety disorder.
