摘要: New types of self-assembled 2-D and 3-D DNA networks are presented characterized using scanning force microscopy. The building blocks these guanine-rich sequences, d(A15G15) biotinylated-d(A15G15). These sequences self-assemble into high molecular weight structures, frayed wires, that composed a multistranded guanine core with single-stranded adenosine tracts emanating from the at ∼6 nm intervals. Avidin peroxidase was attached to biotinylated wires retention activity, demonstrating structures can be used as scaffolds support multiple copies non-DNA molecules. Finally, were linked together CT15 or T15 form large 2- 3-dimensional networks.
