摘要: In this review, we introduce the biophysical and biochemical methods currently used to investigate structures stabilities of tetramolecular DNA G-quadruplexes containing chemical modifications. We hope paper will guide others as they perform similar experiments leading more information about effects modifications on G-quadruplex formation. The quadruplexes some higher order based are also described.
