摘要: We present a novel NMR imaging technique that allows absolute determination of the magnetic susceptibility constant, χ, solution. By comparing phase difference MR images produced with an instant (echo planar) “offset” spin-echo sequence, we obtain direct measure field perturbations caused by demonstrate this method Gd(DTPA), Dy(DTPA), human red blood cells, and superparamagnetic iron oxide particles. © 1992 Academic Press, Inc.
