摘要: The purpose of the study was to evaluate reliability, validity and sensitivity Chinese (simple) SF-36v2 in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Four hundred sixty were recruited allocated CHB (CHB without cirrhosis) (n = 323) CHB-related cirrhosis 137) groups. Internal consistency reliability estimated Cronbach's α-coefficient. Convergent discriminant assessed by item-scale-component correlation. Factorial explored principal component factor analysis varimax rotation. Sensitivity measured Cohen's effect size (ES), independent sample t-test between groups alanine aminotransferase (ALT) normal abnormal after stratifying illness stages. results showed that α total 0.92, range from 0.72 0.87 eight scales 0.76 0.77 two summary components. Most hypothesized correlations 0.40 or over, all such higher than alternative ones, indicating satisfactory convergent validity. Two seven factors extracted rotation at scale level item level. eligible ES statistically significant found physical (PCS) function (PF), role-physical (RP), general health (GH), vitality (VT), social functioning (SF) comparison groups, PCS PF, GH, SF ALT stratification CHB. In conclusion, has acceptable
