[EMDR and psychopharmacological therapy in the treatment of the post-traumatic stress disorder].

摘要: Aim This study evaluates the efficacy of two different treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD): psychopharmacological therapy, with a SSRI drug, and EMDR. Method Two indipendent groups have been administered treatments: sertraline to group therapy; one-week sessions EMDR other group. For evaluation symptoms PTSD has used Clinician-Administered Scale (CAPS). The inclusion subjects in absolutely random. Results results confirm previous studies available literature, pointing out improving symptomatology levels subjective sufference.
