摘要: Viral hepatitis B and C are among the most important infectious challenges for dialysis patients. The blood-borne viruses HBV HCV can easily be communicated in epidemiological setting of a center since susceptible patients treated centers together, using extracorporeal devices access to blood. This situation is further aggravated by influence uremia on immune function patients, which renders many incapable eliminating viral infections. presence chronically infected persons needing regular vascular enhances risk virus transmission.
