Recuento de células somáticas en hatos lecheros de diferente nivel tecnológico en Arequipa

摘要: The objective of the present study was to evaluate Somatic Cell Count (SCC) in milk dairy herds Arequipa region. Milk samples were collected every two weeks throughout year 2005 from 15 farms located irrigated area Majes, Santa Rita, and La Joya districts. stratified according their technological level as high, medium, low. average SCC 505 x 10 3 ± 150 cel/ ml, for medium low 353, 559 y 603 cel/ml, respectively. Significant differences found between levels technology (p<0.05). showed an increase herd decreased.
