摘要: This research was conducted in the province of Huaura, Lima-Peru 2009-2010 to determine quality milk through Somatic Cell Count (SCC) tanks three dairy herds and four small farmer associations two seasons year, assess subclinical mastitis by California Mastitis Test (CMT) 32 farms (2100 cows), considering parity, herd size lactation phase. No statistical difference found
