摘要: The patient-derived tumor xenograft (PDTX) models can reproduce a similar natural genetic background and biological behaviors to cells in patients, which is conducive the assessment of personalized cancer treatment. In this study, verify targeting effectiveness therapeutic strategy using Survivin promoter-regulated oncolytic adenovirus expressing Hsp70, PDTX hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were established nude mice cytokine-induced killer (CIK) intravenously infused into partially reconstruct mouse immune function. results demonstrated that, either anti-tumor effect caused by CIK cell infusion or generated replication was very limited. However, synergistic inhibitory significantly enhanced after treatments with Hsp70 combined cells. Oncolytic mediated specific expression tissues allowed chemotaxis, induce infiltration CD3+ T stroma, thereby exhibiting activity. more effective for highly malignant xenografts expression. This synergistically activate multiple mechanisms exert activities that have significant against growth HCC xenografts.
