Results. Compared SSc NHS groups, group had significantly higher NPY levels, subgroup subjected HRV (25/51 patients, 49%), certain indices were reduced. In this subgroup, correlated SDANN index NN50, but neither or parameters showed any significant correlation clinical aspects FM. Conclusion. These findings suggest that are crucial elements pathophysiology Additional studies necessary define complex roles played by modulating immunological functions different diseases.
