摘要: Heavy metals may appear in the environment as a result of different anthropogenic activities, such agriculture practices, industry and mining. They can reach aquatic environments complex mixtures, single chemical toxicity baseline for risk assessment underestimate impairment ecosystems. The aim present study was to evaluate combined binary mixtures zinc nickel tropical mysid Mysidopsis juniae. Acute assessed mixture modelled using conceptual models concentration addition independent action predict whether both act additively or they interact with each other inside organism. For that, observed mortality data were compared data. assessment, results showed that induced higher than did zinc, lethal concentrations 50% organisms 180±30μgL–1 260±40μg L–1 respectively. In acted no interactions predicted by models. has highlighted need fill gaps studies marine species approaches help improve accurate environment.
