摘要: There are two types of carboxypeptidases present in human blood, carboxypeptidase N (CPN) and arginine (CPR). CPR is generated during coagulation from a precursor (proCPR) which can be converted to the active form by trypsin vitro. Since it difficult distinguish blood measurement enzyme activity, we established quantitative sandwich ELISA quantitated. The amount plasma, fresh serum heated were essentially same. Therefore assay does not proCPR, activated inactivated CPR. With method, was quantitated plasma fifty patients with rheumatoid arthritis eleven severe hepatitis as well healthy individuals. obtained found lower than that normal subjects. Furthermore, who suffered had very low levels CPR-total fatal. This suggests decrease level might good indication patient's prognosis death hepatitis.
