摘要: Abstract Adult female Sprague-Dawley rats were treated with DDT (10 mg;kg po daily for 10 days) and then hepatic microsomal enzyme inducers and/or starved various periods of time in order to study depletion pesticide residues from the blood, brain, abdominal fat tissue. The used, doses administered over a period 14 days, were: phenobarbital sodium 50 mg/kg, pregnene-16α-carbonitrile (PCN) 30 9α-fluoro-11β, 17-dihydroxy-3-oxo-4-androstene-17α-propionic acid (CS-1) 40 dexamethasone 4 mg/kg 7 days 2 days. Starvation consisted withholding solid food, but not water, 3 or 5 consecutive nonconsecutive At end treatment period, animals sacrificed determination p,p′ -DDT, -DDD, -DDE. Phenobarbital CS-1 reduced concentration total all three tissues examined, was superior steroid. On other hand, starvation more effective than any reducing residues. Combination pretreatment led additive tissue degree effectiveness combined better when early during administration. These results provide good evidence that combination induction is means clearing contaminated either alone. However, maximal efficacy obtained only both treatments are interrelated optimally respect duration admistration.
