摘要: The administration of a commercial polychlorinated biphenyl mixture, Aroclor 1254, at dose 10 mg/kg/day po for 14 days to rats resulted in increases EPN detoxification, p-nitroanisole demethylation, NADPH cytochrome c reductase and P-450 which persisted up four five months. Starvation prior making these determinations caused an enhancement this induction. This interaction may be due mobilization PCBs from storage sites adipose tissue.
