摘要: Abstract The mechanisms underlying resistance to challenge by gastrointestinal nematode parasites in sheep are complex. Using DIGE, we profiled ovine lymph proteins lambs with host (R), resilience (Ri) or susceptibility (S) a daily trickle the Trichostrongylus colubriformis. Efferent intestinal was collected prior infection (day 1) and on days 5 10 post-infection. Eight identified LC-MS/MS, showed differences relating genotype.
