摘要: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a condition with complex and not fully understood etiology. In patients AD, acute skin lesions are colonized by greater number of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) bacteria than chronic lesions, clinically unchanged atopic skin, or the healthy people. Mechanisms promoting colonization S. include interactions among several factors. Apart from increased adhesion in defects innate immune response resulting lack restriction growth microorganisms also contribute to susceptibility infection aureus. A deficiency endogenous antimicrobial peptides may be partly responsible for AD. Majority isolated stains able produce exotoxins, which act as superantigens. Moreover, anti-S. aureus-specific IgE was identified measured revealing that its level corresponds severity disease. This review literature attempts identify factors involved pathogenesis AD-related colonization. light presented mechanisms, reduction become both causative symptomatic treatment
