摘要: Gastric cancer remains one of the most common forms worldwide. With current diagnostic and therapeutic approaches prognosis gastric is very poor. Similar to other solid cancers, a complex disease resulting from combinatorial interactions among diverse factors including environmental, host-genetic molecular mechanisms. cancers arise in part because disruption cell death mechanisms apoptosis contributing expansion. This review provides an update (current up April 6, 2008) on pathogenesis focusing specific abnormalities genomes, conventional therapy approaches, genetic epigenetic expression regulation, apoptotic pathways new emerging or potential focused around molecularly defined cancers.
