摘要: Within the bone marrow, endosteal niche plays a crucial role in B-cell differentiation. Because spaceflight is associated with osteoporosis, we investigated whether changes microstructure induced by ground-based model of spaceflight, hind limb unloading (HU), could affect B lymphopoiesis. To this end, analyzed both parameters and frequency early hematopoietic precursors cells lineage after 3, 6, 13, 21 d HU. We found that disuse leads to decrease progenitors marrow. Although multipotent were not affected HU, lymphopoiesis was observed as common lymphoid progenitor (CLP) stage major block at (pro-B) precursor (pre-B) cell transition (5- 10-fold decrease).
