摘要: The interaction of actinomycin D and three new 7-substituted analogs with calf thymus DNA has been studied by a number physical techniques. methods utilized in this investigation include visible absorption spectrometry ultrafiltration methodology for the determination equilibrium binding constants; viscometry; circular dichroism. studies show that retain G . C base pair specific demonstrated D. mode to native DNA, despite substitution at position 7, is practically unaltered. retention specificity these seems be unaffected changes electon properties chromophore.
