摘要: Production of agar from marine macroalga Gracilaria, makes it important for local enterprise coastal communities. The aim this study is to gather basic technical data the development G. opsis persica mariculture in Persian Gulf Iran. Monoline and net methods were applied determine biomass productivity. Biological parameters chlorophyll, thallus length, position along thallus, color; environmental temperature, pH, salinity, TDS TSS measured during cultivation. changes NO2 - , NO3 PO4 3- SiO4 2- ions monitored daily.
