摘要: PGC-1α-dependent pathway of mitochondrial biogenesis was investigated for the first time in type I endometrial cancer and normal endometrium. In tissue citrate synthase activity, DNA content TFAM level were found doubled compared to control tissue. Moreover, a 1.6- 1.8-fold increase, respectively, NRF-1 PGG-1α expression found. This study demonstrates, time, that increased is associated upregulation PGC-1α signalling pathway.
