摘要: The soft-rot caused by P. carotovorum subsp. (Pcc) is a limiting factor for vegetable harvests in Pernambuco State. Soil characteristics and environmental factors may influence Pcc population development of soft-rot. This work aimed to evaluate the extinction rate 24 soil samples analyze physical, chemical microbiological associated with suppressiveness or conduciveness pathogen. In study on rifampicin-resistant mutant was utilized (Pcc127Rif). (TERP) calculated ranged from 0.0547 0.6327 log (CFU)/d. Six soils showed Pcc127Rif while five presented conduciveness. groups based TERP did not correlate municipalities, types vegetation cover at sampling time textural classes. Considering all soils, there were no significant correlations (P<0.05) among chemical, physical soils. six most suppressive significantly correlated apparent density (r = 0.76), total bacterium 0.82) Bacillus sp. 0.80). density, but population. conducive correlation between -0.86).
